Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All US orders ship via UPS GROUND and deliver within 2-3 business days.
Shipping times do not include processing and packaging time once the order is placed. Orders made on weekends are processed the day and shipped out on the following Monday.
Domestic orders totaling $175 or more before taxes, qualify for Free Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders ship via UPS INTL AIR and are estimated to deliver in 7-9 days??

International orders are charged taxes and duties not controlled by Pocket Industry, we are not responsible for any fees charged. If a package is not claimed and sent back to the sender, we will not reship the order at our expense, an inconvenience fee will be charged.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, and/or cancelations, unless it is of the negligence of the merchant. We do accommodate an exchange policy.
When accomodating exchanges, the merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, washed, or damaged. All merchandise must be in original packaging when returned. Identity and proof of purchase must be verified for all exchanges.
In the process of exchanging, adhere to the Contact Page and leave instructed information. If agreed by both customer and merchant that there was an error made by the store Prepaid labels will be provided via email. Once the merchandise is received, allow for 5 days to process the exchange.
DISCLAIMER:
If the merchandise is returned damaged or suspected of wear exchange agreement will be denied and sent back to the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not accept International exchanges, unless the store is at fault for the need to exchange merchandise. For any inconvenience this may cause, we apologize.
